    In this introductory course, you will learn to safely operate woodworking machinery and hand tools including the jointer, planer, table saw, bandsaw, miter saw, drill press, routers, and sanders. Wood characteristics, grain selection, and finishing will also be discussed. By the end of the course, you will complete your own unique cutting board and will have learned essential woodworking fundamentals in the process.
